Thought of hitting the sketch book for a while and got this as a result  :)
Amateur? I know.
I'm trying to get a better design to compliment the bodice and pronounce its elegant factor. But needs to improve on details!

ITS SEPTEMBER !

The ninth month of the year, the first month of autumn: "sow the plants in early September".

It's a flowy ocean blue fabric coated with 'sparkles' on the bust area.
