The title speaks for itself!
Today I decided to go all teacher/librarian-ish cliche outfit. But after all numerous clothing changes, I ended up with this as a result! Put my H&M halter top floral dress to good use, paired it up with a thrifted GAP oversized cardigan (Yup, its twice my size) and tied the whole thing up with my Claire's woven belt.
And guess what? Had another coincidental fashion clash with Daryl .
Her outfit : Pale pink Cardigan . Water-Color florals dress . White Belt.
I'm going to miss her. *Cue cheesy cliche comment on farewells*

The Hair Chop

Last night,  I decided to chop off my wavy black hair locks and
 replace it with a shoulder length-apple cut style.
It definitely contributes to the weather because it's getting really really hot with a frequent visit of gust and strong winds.
Anyways, loving the new look.

Thinking of getting a pixie cut the next time I visit the salon. Maybe with Orange dye ?  Hahaha

                                                                       

                                                           

Frankfurt, Germany

It's throwback Monday today. I was on my way home from school and then Germany came into my mind. T'was reminiscing on the 3-days trip to Frankfurt, and it just brought back so many memories. I miss the cold breeze and jaw dropping temperature of 1 degrees that I've never experienced before! , the quaint and peaceful atmosphere of the Frankfurt neighborhood we would roam around during break time, The cold store tucked in the corner of the streets; the salesman was pretty okay with having foreign youngsters at his store at 10 p.m.  Then there was Heidelberg! Such a breathtaking place. It consisted of quiet segmented roads hosting shops that sold mouth watering delicacies, which sleeps in old rustic Victorian styled homes.
Didn't managed to walk the whole area or across the bridge to the mountains which has houses built on top.

Nevertheless, before we made our journey to Frankfurt, Germany , our parents decided to do the ultimate shopping spree since it's winter there and not knowing the atmosphere there, it was better to be prepared! 

We retreated to H&M to help us with it and got good buys as well ! 
Bought my chiffon skirt which I've used here and here , Cream Sweater used here , Marching boots used here  and here and a floral halter top dress . AND a bonus Claire's Purple Lace 'in-out' Knee Length Boots used here ! 

In all . 16 - 18 February 2012 were one of the days I'd remember deeply and wish to re-visit again! 

 Apparently I set the date/time of my camera incorrectly!

Still had my fringe back then! 

 The thing I really miss most in Germany would be the trees! Hey, if you've spent 4 years in Bahrain.. you'd start missing the lushes landscapes of mother nature! So here's a big shoutout to you guys!

Credits to my sister who took this picture. Reminded me of nostalgia. The trees just screamed Harry Potter to me for no reason. Love that fresh breeze in the morning when we strolled this area.

For the past 2-3 weeks I've been studying really hard for the mock exams (the dress rehearsals before the BIG show) and I didn't have time to post anything fashion worthy lately so do forgive me and my procrastinating side.
Anyways, my dear mother arrived from her trip to the Philippines and I'm so content that she bought a little something for me as well. She dearly knows at the back of her hand that I love Lace and just about anything that has to do with Lace. I could take the throne of the Lace Princess ! Hahahaha.
Today I decided to strut my lace and commence its debut !

Le Francais Conversations

Salut!

Its been a while since I last posted something. Got caught up with school and the upcoming models exams :(
But I have to admit, today was a super-duperlicious wednesday.
It was a IGCSE French Speaking/Orals examination today and the thought of my voice being sent to Cambrigde and will be graded sends chills down my spine. But I would like to announce that I did it!
I aced the exam ! *WOOHOO*

Today our neighbor hosted a garage sale that was pretty interesting! We had a blast, just digging into clothes and mix and matching them to fit our model, Stephanie. we had great finds, bargains and exquisite clothing that we couldn't get enough of, not to mention the accessories displayed before us.
Thank for having us Tita Jenny, can't wait for the next sale.

Winter 2012 - 2013

I would have never thought Winter would have lasted longer than last year's or the year before that. Our prayers have been answered! (For a longer winter season filled with blissful cold winds sending chills every morning which makes it difficult to get up when you're all snuggled in bed :) ) The Perks of Winter is that you get to dress up in pretty thick layers of clothing and the sophistication just gets better! Winter Boots is a plus! 
Hoping that Winter would never end, but someday , we'd have to welcome Summer soon (if you reside in Bahrain. There's only TWO seasons. )

My parents have always wanted to visit Venice, take a romantic ride on the Gondola and flow with the breathtaking night lights and architectural structures of Venice. It was such a grateful coincidence that Macau offers alittle bit of that! 
Located inside the 'The Venetian' hotel, - Little Venice - lies cozily in the extravagant hotel where tourists are able to get a sight of what Venice may look like! 

                                       

The Long, segmented and twisted paths that have food stalls on both sides, you'll never get hungry! Trust me ;)

THE VENETIAN. Okay, here comes the girly squeals.  My all time favorite Korean Drama 'Boys Over Flowers' filmed a couple of episodes in Macao and one of the most heartbreaking scenes were shot in Little Venice itself! I felt like a giddy preteen after recollecting the scene over and over again in my head! 

The Cotai jet boat ride back to Hong Kong. I survived!
